Got Questions?

What’s the Rental Period on your dumpsters?

  • 3-Day and 7-Day terms starts day and time of delivery. Need it longer? No problem at all - we have a low $15/Day price after that.

  • How much weight can I put in it?

    • On our 13 Yard weight is up to 2,000 Pounds which is 1 Ton. The 17 Yard includes up to 3,000 pounds and the large 21 Yard includes up to 4,000 pounds or 2 Tons. If you’re extra heavy and go over - it’s $75 per Ton.

  • Is there some stuff you can’t take?

    • Other than someone being better at Talkin’ Trash than us? Well, yeah… like Hazardous stuff because no one actually wants to turn into the Hulk…

    • PLEASE, DO NOT load our bins exceeding the top rail, overfilled dumpsters may be refused until you remove trash to bring it back in compliance to be picked up.

  • Location: Where should have my dumpster bin dropped?

    • Probably close to your trash… but really - just about wherever you want it. Please keep in mind dumpsters/truck and trailer can get heavy. We prefer to drop it on a solid surface, but the truck is a 4x4… so long as your okay with ruts in the yard - we can often times drop it. Keep in mind, we are not responsible for surface damage to your concrete, asphalt, gravel, yard, cat, squirrel, mailbox. JK, we usually don’t harm any animals in the dropping of our dumpsters.

    • We need to have clear access and you accept responsibility for surface damage, were careful in dropping and picking up, however there may be some scuffs on the drive.

  • Fees: What’s the fees I haven’t thought of?

    • Additional Mileage Fees are all up front so you know what you’re getting into. Our service area includes a 25 Mile Radius from the Landfill on Bryant and I-240. Additional miles passed that, to your site and back from it will be $3.00/Mile

  • Payment: Payment due upon invoice, late payments may incur fees. Call us if you need.

  • Cancellations: Hey, I changed my mind. No worries! If it’s 24 hours before your scheduled drop time, we MAY need to pass off a re-scheduling fee of $25. This is just a case by case basis…
